Our Team

Founder & Directress

Ms. Phoebe is the Founder and Directress of Little Lions Learning and Development Center, dedicated to providing quality and inclusive education for learners with diverse needs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts (2014) from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde, and later became a Certified Professional in Purchasing (2021) through the Philippine Institute for Supply Management.

In pursuit of her passion for special education, she completed a Special Education Diploma Course (33 units, 2024) at ACADEV Training and Learning Center, in partnership with Rabbi Theological Seminary and International Ministries Inc.. She is currently pursuing her Professional Master in Special Education (2025, ongoing) at Miriam College, continually strengthening her leadership and expertise in the field of special education.

Founder & Advisor

Sir Syl is a 2014 graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of the East – Caloocan. He has been actively engaged in the construction business since 2013, gaining extensive hands-on and leadership experience in the field. Beyond engineering, he is also the founder and advisor of Little Lions Learning and Development Center, where he provides guidance and strategic support to the institution’s growth and development.
